Cancellation Policy

Before you book an appointment, please read. Thank you A £15 non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your balance. Remaining payment is due in cash at your appointment. Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a £5 late fee will be added. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice and must be used within the same month. Preparation Please arrive with clean, bare nails (no old acrylic/gel unless removal has been booked). Removals must be booked in advance and are charged separately. Infills are available for sets that are 3 weeks old or less. Anything older requires a fresh set. During Appointments Please attend your appointment alone, unless you have booked for multiple people. No food or drink at the nail station. Aftercare & Repairs Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment.
